The roadmap is simple. We strive for a better mental health.
- 1) Improve the community’s understanding of mental health and the mind-body connection between mental and physical health.
- 2) Provide education and opportunities for individuals to identify early warning signs of mental illness and to create a healthy community together.
- 3) Assure that those who request information and need mental health care referral have confidential access to the appropriate information and know how to obtain care.
4) Once we have reached the goal of donating to the first of many mental health organization, the third goal will be to raise even more awareness about mental health.
